Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with D'Elle Gifts. Every product is handcrafted 
in small batches in Puerto Rico. Please read our shipping policy 
carefully before placing your order.

PROCESSING TIME
Because all products are handmade, please allow 3–5 business days 
for your order to be prepared and packed. During high-volume periods, 
processing may extend to 5–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking 
number by email once your order ships.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship within the United States, including Puerto Rico, all 50 states, 
and U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

SHIPPING TIMES
- Puerto Rico: 2–4 business days after processing
- Continental United States: 5–8 business days after processing

Shipping times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

FREE SHIPPING
Free standard shipping on orders of $60 or more within the United States 
(including Puerto Rico).

SHIPPING CARRIERS
Orders ship via USPS or UPS depending on your location. A tracking 
number will be sent to your email once your order is on its way.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us 
at info@dellegifts.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. 
D'Elle Gifts is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after 
confirmed delivery.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. D'Elle Gifts is 
not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by 
the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us 
immediately at info@dellegifts.com.
