At D’Elle Gifts, all of our products are handmade with care, love, and attention to detail. Because of the personal and artisanal nature of our items, we kindly ask that you review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products (such as skincare and jewelry). We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as pareference, change of mind or normal wear once the order has been placed".
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a replacement or partial refund, please provide:

We will review your request and offer a solution, such as a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
❗ Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong item by mistake, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your package, and we will work with you to correct the issue at no additional cost.

Approved refunds (when applicable due to damaged or defective items) will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout or as store credit, at our discretion.
Once approved, refunds or replacements are processed within 5–7 business days.
